This page covers the AI receptionist demo only. It’s a demonstration, not a real business line, so please don’t share anything sensitive on the call.
What we collect
- The form: your first name, business name, trade and mobile number. We email these to our team so we can follow up about the demo.
- The call: your voice, a transcript, and the details the receptionist picks out of it (things like name, suburb and the problem you described).
- If you ask us to call you, the best time to do that.
- A short-lived cookie (30 minutes) that keeps your demo session together. No tracking or advertising cookies.
Who processes it
Calls are processed by ElevenLabs, our voice AI provider, which turns speech into text, generates the receptionist’s replies, and stores the conversation for us. Notification emails are sent through Resend. The site is hosted on Vercel.
How long we keep it
We delete demo conversations within 30 days. Form details live only in our team’s email, and we delete them on request.
